2. License Grant
Subject to your purchase of an applicable license (Starter, Monthly Pro, or Founder Lifetime), LeadForge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software in accordance with your chosen tier:
- Starter License: Free license for individual evaluation up to 500 records.
- Pro Subscription: Active recurring subscription granting access to unlimited extraction and multi-worker features during the billing cycle.
- Founder Lifetime License: A one-time payment providing perpetual license rights for all version 1.x features and updates.
3. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You agree to use LeadForge in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data privacy and telemarketing regulations (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and TCPA). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your outreach, lead generation, and messaging practices comply with the applicable legal standards of your jurisdiction.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
LeadForge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party public mapping or indexing platforms, which may modify their website layouts, rate limits, or access policies at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LeadForge, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Software license.
