- Founder Lifetime License: Eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase transaction.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Eligible for a 100% refund on the first month's payment if requested within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription start. Ongoing recurring renewals can be canceled anytime with 1 click from your billing portal to prevent future charges.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and hassle-free:

- Include the email address used during purchase or your LemonSqueezy Order Number.
- (Optional) Tell us what went wrong so we can improve the software.
3. Processing Time
Once received, our support team approves eligible refund requests within 24 business hours. After approval, LemonSqueezy processes the funds back to your original payment method (typically appearing in your bank account or card statement within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution).
4. License Deactivation
Upon issuance of a refund, the associated license key will be automatically deactivated in our licensing registry, and premium features will revert to the Starter tier.
